- We implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
- We have no quantifiable levels of heavy metals in our products.
- Our natural astaxanthin has at least 95% purity levels (the rest being other carotenoids).
- Our Photo-Bio-Reactor (PBR) system, full contamination control, and monitoring ensure high purity yields.

All our products are continuously monitored in our Photo-Bio-Reactor with an advanced integrated control system to meet the highest quality standards of the harvested cell.
Our integrated plant occupies 32 acres in Central Java, Indonesia. It houses our Photo-Bio-Reactor (PBR) system and a dedicated plantation area for cultivating haematococcus pluvialis across ten acres. An ongoing expansion is underway, and 13,000 square feet are exclusively devoted to R&D and a laboratory.
Our professionally skilled human resources also play a major role in producing the best natural astaxanthin and managing our PBR and facilities. They continually strive to innovate in seeding, cultivating, harvesting and extracting methods.
